Several projects have been successfully conducted but due to previous employer confidentiality, demonstration of the capabilities is still very possible .
Project Management
Initiated, led and conducted several continuous improvement projects cross functionally from shop floor, medium to senior management. These projects were used to achieve business level improvement by applying Lean Six Sigma principles at operational levels. The projects were conducted at both Leader and Manager levels.
