Please note this information is top level description and does not dig deep into confidential proprietary details of your processes, products or services. This information will therefore be handled confidentially and will not be shared beyond our process reviewers.
Launch Our Service Provision
Once your initial submission is received, we will immediately contact you for discussion and confirmation of the actual tools or actions necessary.
Onsite Visit
It is possible to conduct an onsite visit to meet with you in person, exchange information and confirm alliance. However, while this is not necessary at all, if chosen, it will happen only with your permission following your conditions.
Service Provision
We provide service either as AI Tool(s) or as a Project Management, or both.
Project Management
We can be involved by providing a Consultant Project team member, attending meetings virtually or onsite as required and pre-approved. This way, there is assistance in Project Management to conduct any training necessary, then verify and or ensure process and task execution and compliance to LSS principles, and use and application of any software developed and provided.
AI Tools
An AI tool can be supplied, installation assisted and training provided, again without necessarily visiting onsite or getting into your production processes. The AI tools are available on a license whose terms and conditions, costs and technical support details will be provided at negotiation stage.
Once the way forward has been agreed on, we will provide our sign-on platform which includes the work to be done, resources required and cost quotation and payment terms.
